• Run scheduled classes, beginning and ending on time; provides adequate warm-up, exercises, stretching and cool down.• Cover classes when one of the Group Fitness staff members is not available.• Prepares appropriate equipment and music for each class. • Improve personal development by learning new program continuously. • Keeps management informed of customer complaints / feedback and facility needs. • Ensures that safety standards are met, and that department and facility policies are adhered to. • Train and teach Group Fitness instructors, interns and students.• Conduct sufficient weekly club meetings to review performance and offer direction, motivation and guidance toward achieving individual and company goals. • A sense of common responsibility and teamwork across club functions to maintain positive member and team member experience. • Performs related duties as required.• Participate in Infinity’s marketing programs such as video, photography, and interview as per requirement of the company.
