Must be able to draw up sales plans / way plans, Must be able to lead and manage sales teams, have good relationships with customers, Must be able to lead and resolve complaints, and train new employees
Must be able to visit all assigned stores daily, introduce company products, provide excellent customer service, and meet sales targets set by the company To report & propose for ordering stocks if some stocks is shortage or less quantity in stock.
