The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing all digital marketing activities to promote A4 International School’s brand, programs, and student enrollment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with the school’s goals Manage and grow social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, videos, ads) Monitor and respond to audience engagement (comments, messages, inquiries) Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports with insights Collaborate with internal teams for promotional campaigns and events Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
Manage student attendance and absence records from Primary to IGCSE A Level. Coordinate parent-teacher meetings, school announcements, and academic communications. Ensure timely preparation, administration, and reporting of examinations. Compile student results and prepare report cards for approval and distribution. Coordinate with teachers, parents, and administrative staff to support smooth school operations. Assist in developing and implementing the annual school calendar and academic schedules. Support curriculum, grading, examination, and reporting processes as assigned by school management.
Teach Physics lessons using effective teaching methods aligned with the school’s curriculum. Prepare lesson plans, classroom activities, laboratory experiments, and examinations. Encourage students to develop analytical and problem-solving skills. Assess students’ performance and provide timely feedback. Maintain a safe laboratory environment and supervise practical sessions. Participate in academic meetings, professional development, and school events. Support students’ academic growth and overall development.
Plan and deliver Chemistry lessons following the school’s curriculum. Prepare lesson plans, laboratory activities, assignments, and examinations. Conduct practical experiments while ensuring laboratory safety standards. Evaluate students’ learning progress and provide academic support. Maintain laboratory equipment and teaching resources. Participate in school meetings, teacher training, and extracurricular programs. Foster students’ interest in Chemistry through interactive learning experiences.
Assist the Lead Teacher in delivering daily classroom activities and lessons. Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment. Supervise and support students throughout the school day. Assist with classroom management and encourage positive student behavior. Prepare teaching materials, learning resources, and classroom displays. Support students during meals, playtime, nap time, and outdoor activities. Ensure the safety, well-being, and care of all students at all times. Follow school policies, procedures, and child safeguarding guidelines. Perform other duties assigned by the Lead Teacher or School Management.
Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons in accordance with the school’s curriculum. Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments. Create a positive and interactive learning environment that encourages student participation. Monitor and evaluate students’ academic progress and provide constructive feedback. Maintain accurate student records and communicate progress with parents when required. Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and extracurricular activities. Ensure classroom safety and proper use of laboratory equipment during practical lessons.
Mathematics Teachers for primary and Secondary level Assess student progress through tests, assignments, and curriculum-aligned evaluations. Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment. Collaborate with colleagues, participate in training programs, and engage with parents on student progress. Prepare students for internal and external assessments while staying updated with modern teaching practices.
