Job Summary Join a leading medical device company as a Product/Applications Specialist. You will support hospitals and clinics through product presentations, technical guidance, and customer care while helping drive sales and marketing activities in Yangon. Key Responsibilities ● Visit doctors, nurses, and healthcare professionals to present product features and benefits. ● Provide technical support to ensure smooth and effective use of medical devices. ● Respond promptly to customer complaints and offer timely, practical solutions. ● Assist with patient cases in hospitals by providing technical support when needed. ● Plan and support activities, exhibitions, workshops, and related marketing events. ● Achieve assigned sales targets and build strong long-term customer relationships. ● Maintain customer records and track data accurately for follow-up and reporting. ● Monitor, review, and report on marketing activities regularly. ● Support sales and marketing tasks as assigned by the Product Manager or BOD.
Performs work Planning, monitoring & evaluation, and reporting to be done on all the installation, after sales service, preventive maintaining and repairing the medical equipment and systems Provide technical training to the users to ensure proficiency in using tools, equipment and systems effectively Dealing with the customers to resolve the issues, provide information and ensure customers satisfaction Troubleshoot of medical equipment and conduct root cause analysis to eliminate equipment/ system defect. QC & calibration of the equipment Maintain records and documentation for work processes Regular report to the departmental manager for daily work activities
