Your main mission will be to support the Austrian economy in Myanmar. This will include the following tasks:
 Communication with Austrian companies and ADVANTAGE AUSTRIA Bangkok (in English)
 Research of possible partners for Austrian companies in Myanmar (e.g. local agents,
distributors, importers, direct customers)
 Market research about business sectors in Myanmar
 Publication of brief business sector reports
 Organization und conduct of trade promotion events in Myanmar (e.g. trade missions, trade
fairs, B2B meetings)
 Organization of individual business trips from Austrian company representatives
 Organizing official trips of the Austrian Commercial Counsellor & Attaché to Myanmar
 Establishing and maintaining a network with local authorities, companies, organizations and
stakeholders
 Interventions at local authorities, institutions and companies
 Regular customer database management
 Translations between English and Burmese
 Administration and accounting
 Internal office organization
 Creating a social media presence for ADVANTAGE AUSTRIA in Myanmar
