1. Build strong relationships with Category Managers, Buyers, and Store Managers at key retail chains. 2. Lead negotiations regarding Annual Trading Terms, listing fees, rebates, and promotional slots. 3. Ensure speed-to-market for new product launches (NPD) by securing shelf space and listing approvals with retail HQs. 4. Ensure our products secure the best shelf positioning (eye-level) and maintain the agreed Share of Shelf (SOS) according to planograms. 5. Monitor On-Shelf Availability (OSA) and coordinate with store managers to prevent Out-of-Stock (OOS) situations. 6. Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute channel-specific promotions for each accounts 7. Conduct frequent market intelligent (price mirror, competitor’s listings, activities and promotions) 8.
