1. Build strong relationships with Category Managers, Buyers, and Store Managers at key retail chains. 2. Lead negotiations regarding Annual Trading Terms, listing fees, rebates, and promotional slots. 3. Ensure speed-to-market for new product launches (NPD) by securing shelf space and listing approvals with retail HQs. 4. Ensure our products secure the best shelf positioning (eye-level) and maintain the agreed Share of Shelf (SOS) according to planograms. 5. Monitor On-Shelf Availability (OSA) and coordinate with store managers to prevent Out-of-Stock (OOS) situations. 6. Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute channel-specific promotions for each accounts 7. Conduct frequent market intelligent (price mirror, competitor’s listings, activities and promotions) 8. Monitor account receivables and ensure payments from retailers are collected on time. 9. Other related duties as assigned
1. Reviewing and interpreting complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and patterns that inform decision-making processes. 2. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for the Sales Manager 3. Organize data for weekly sales meetings, ensuring the team is focused on the right metrics. 4. Oversee the daily quality of data entered into the CRM (e.g., Salesforce/Sales Ops) to ensure sales reps are logging activities and deals correctly. 5. Regularly check and record competitor prices, promotions, and market activities to keep our internal database updated. 6. Perform basic market research assignments as requested by the Sales Manager. 7. Collaborates with the sales team to enhance processes, refine strategies, and achieve sales goals effectively. 8.
