Position: Import & Logistics Executive Salary : Negotiable Job Category : Logistic / Custom clearance / Importation Handle importation process and apply for Import Licence/Permit through TradeNet 2 Prepare and submit required documents for import permit application Coordinate with suppliers and shipping agents for import shipments Prepare purchase orders (PO) and shipping documentation Review import/shipping documents to ensure compliance and accuracy Monitor shipment timelines and ensure smooth customs clearance Track and resolve import/shipment issues Prepare invoices and related documentation
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Identify new business opportunities across FMCG, F&B, pharmaceutical, chemical, and packaging industries. Build and maintain strong, long-term professional relationships with clients and partners Manage the sales pipeline systematically and ensure effective follow-up to maximize conversion rates Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend analysis Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and tender documents Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth project implementation Prepare and present monthly/quarterly Business Development and Sales reports to management Achieve and exceed set KPIs and business targets
