- Event Planning & Execution: Coordinate the logistical setup and smooth operations of all corporate events, dealer meetings, and consumer roadshows. - On-Site Operations: Oversee the fabrication, setup, and dismantle of event booths, ensuring compliance with mall or venue guidelines. - Vendor Coordination: Source, negotiate, and manage third-party suppliers, including AV providers, printing companies, and booth fabricators. - Inventory & Logistics Management: Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure display products (appliances) and marketing collaterals arrive safely on-site. - Manpower Management: Brief and manage temporary event staff, promoters, and emcees to align with brand guidelines during live activations. - Budget Tracking: Manage event-related expenses strictly within the approved budget and compile post-event reports.
