Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and motivated HR professional to manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR administrative functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a positive workplace culture and supporting business growth. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interview coordination, hiring) Develop and implement HR policies and procedures Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions Maintain employee records and HR documentation Attendance, leave, and payroll coordination SSB, WCC, OT, FORM C and payroll calculation Conduct onboarding and training programs for new employees Support performance appraisal process Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Coordinate staff engagement activities
HR & Admin Support: Manage attendance for factory workers, support recruitment, and handle office documentation. Inventory & Material Management: Oversee bag materials (fabrics, zippers, hardware), monitor stock levels, and coordinate with the production line. Operations Support: Learn factory workflow and assist the manager in daily operations to ensure production efficiency. Management Training: Participate in process improvement projects as a future leader within the company.
