Job Overview: We are looking for a disciplined Production Line Controller to manage material flow, track worker productivity, and maintain a high standard of workplace cleanliness. You will be the "eyes" of the factory floor, ensuring the line runs efficiently, cleanly, and accurately. Key Responsibilities Material Control Issue materials strictly according to the BOM. Control material usage to minimize waste. Ensure no material shortages on the line to avoid downtime. Productivity Calculation & Reporting ): Record Output: Track and record the hourly/daily production output of individual workers and the entire line. Efficiency Analysis: Calculate production efficiency (Actual Output vs. Target). Identify slow performers or bottlenecks and report to the supervisor immediately. Data Entry: Prepare daily production reports using Excel. Shop Floor Hygiene / 5S Maintain Order: Ensure the production floor is clean, organized, and free of clutter. Materials must be stacked neatly in designated areas. 5S Implementation: Enforce cleanliness standards. Ensure aisles are clear and waste is disposed of correctly and regularly.
We are a professional Bag Manufacturing Factory seeking a logical, organized, and data-driven Assistant to the Managing Director. You will assist the MD in monitoring the "Big Picture" of the factory operations. Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning & Control (PMC):
• Monitor the daily production schedule and ensure targets are met. • Coordinate with the Office Manager to ensure materials (fabric/accessories) arrive on time for production. • Identify potential delays (material shortage, machine breakdown) and report to the MD immediately with solutions. 2. Operations Auditing & Data Analysis: • Verify daily production reports submitted by the Production Supervisor. (Make sure the numbers are real). • Create daily "War Room" reports (Excel) for the MD: Output, Efficiency, and Quality status. • Go to the production line to spot-check inventory and WIP (Work In Progress). 3. Communication Bridge: • Act as the coordinator between the Office Department and the Production Floor. • Translate the MD’s strategies into clear action plans for the Production Supervisor. • Assist the Production Supervisor (who is new) in organizing production flow and paperwork.
