Prepare documents for tender submission (FDA, Company license & profile and other required documents). Handle tender submission process, tender contract signing process and attend tender meeting. Handle delivery process, collection process (Regular & Tender), payment order (PO) and performance Guarantee (PG). Cooperate & follow up ISO 9001 standard and Procedure for Medical MKT Division. Perform any other duties as assigned by the manager.
Job Description: Main duty is installation and service for both water treatment system and waste water treatment system. Handle for regular service and installation (filter backwashing, electrical control system checking, test the chemical analysis and reporting. Checking, repairing of electrical control system. Handle and lead the service & customer complain. Change the filter media replacement process. Prepare and collect tools and necessary equipment for daily service and installation. Report daily activities to supervisor. Support other team's work especially Service team if necessary. Prepare the quotation (Small issues if assigned). Prepare electrical material order list for control panel and installation. Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Manager. Cooperate with the team to improve ISO 9001 compliance and contribute as required.
Job description Perform a variety of chemical and microbiological tests and analyses related to water and wastewater treatment. Prepare Talley invoices before client release and issue lab-used reagents accordingly. Submit expense claims and advance vouchers, particularly for microbiological testing charges. Analyze test data and prepare reports in line with regulatory water quality monitoring requirements. Deliver documents and reports to clients via email. Provide timely testing services and responses to in-house customer requests. Prepare quotations, follow up on payments, and collect water, wastewater, and microbiological samples on-site using proper procedures. (Note: Microbiological testing is carried out by NHL only.) Perform any other duties if assigned by Manager. Perform all tasks in compliance with ISO 9001 standards and laboratory procedures.
