Configure and optimize network services, including TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing, DNS, DHCP, NAT, and VPN. Deploy, upgrade, and maintain network and IT infrastructure hardware. Manage server room infrastructure, including racks, structured cabling , patch panels, and cable labeling. Monitor network performance, troubleshoot complex network issues, and serve as the escalation point for network-related incidents. Maintain network documentation, asset inventory, and configuration backups. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure stable, secure, and reliable network operations.
