Manage and oversee all operations of the Warehouse Department. Coordinate effectively with Order Received, Stock In/Out, Inventory Control (IC), QC and Logistics Teams. Ensure stock accuracy, stock security, and smooth overall product flow. Enforce and adhere to Warehouse Policies, SOPs, Internal Control procedures, and 5S standards. Manage stock variances, damaged goods, stock losses, overstock items, and non-moving items. Conduct monthly stock counts and prepare management reports. Coordinate and collaborate with Purchase, Sales, Accounting, Audit, and All Branch. Overview team performance, set KPIs, and conduct training for warehouse staff.
Sales Management Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Prepare sales plans, forecasts, and budgets in line with business objectives. Lead, manage, and motivate the Sales team to achieve individual and team KPIs. Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for business growth. Review Sales KPIs and provide weekly,monthly reports to MD or Founder management team. Coordinate with branch teams to ensure consistent execution of sales strategies and targets. Marketing & Promotion Develop and execute monthly marketing plans and promotional campaigns. Plan and manage marketing activities for Arkar Mobile, including product, service, and branch promotions. Develop promotional bundles, clearance plans, and customer retention programs. Manage digital marketing activities across Facebook, TikTok, Viber, and other relevant channels. Coordinate online and offline marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities. Conduct customer surveys and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities. Develop sales strategies for mobile accessories and distributed products. Prepare and implement effective distribution plans. Monitor distribution and sales performance to ensure achievement of business targets. Reporting & Management Prepare and submit weekly and monthly Sales and Marketing reports to the Managing Director and management team. Analyze sales and marketing performance and recommend improvement strategies. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Distribution, and Service teams to achieve overall business objectives.
