Manage and oversee all operations of the Warehouse Department. Coordinate effectively with Order Received, Stock In/Out, Inventory Control (IC), QC and Logistics Teams. Ensure stock accuracy, stock security, and smooth overall product flow. Enforce and adhere to Warehouse Policies, SOPs, Internal Control procedures, and 5S standards. Manage stock variances, damaged goods, stock losses, overstock items, and non-moving items. Conduct monthly stock counts and prepare management reports. Coordinate and collaborate with Purchase, Sales, Accounting, Audit, and All Branch . Overview team performance, set KPIs, and conduct training for warehouse staff.
