Manage manpower allocation, attendance, and shift planning Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements Operational Tasks Oversee daily production operations to meet output, quality, and delivery targets Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations Monitor machine utilization, downtime, and productivity metrics Reporting & Analysis Tasks Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production reports Analyze production variances, losses, and efficiency gaps Track KPIs related to cost, quality, safety, and delivery Section Process Improvement Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S) Identify process bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions Drive waste reduction and cost optimization initiatives Strategic Planning Contribute to capacity planning and long-term production strategy Support new product introductions and process changes Perform any other production-related duties as assigned by management
This position is responsible for supporting and executing marketing strategies for the Trading Business Unit. The role focuses on CRM management, marketing budget control, digital & offline marketing activities, market analysis, and customer relationship development to drive business growth and market share. Key Responsibilities 1. Market Research & Analysis Conduct market research and collect market intelligence data Analyse competitor activities and market movements Prepare market analysis and reporting for management decision‑making 2. CRM & Customer Relationship Management Manage and update customer information using CRM systems Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new customer relationships Work closely with Sales and other departments to ensure consistent customer experience 3. Marketing Budget Management Plan monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing budgets Monitor, control, and track marketing expenses against approved budgets Prepare regular marketing budget reports and ensure cost‑effective spending 4. Marketing Activities & Campaigns Execute digital marketing initiatives and offline marketing activities Support branding, promotional campaigns, and public relations activities Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements 5. New Product & Business Development Support Identify market trends and new business opportunities Support new product ideas and promotional strategies Assist in maximising market share and brand awareness 6.
