Lead end-to-end MES deployment by gathering detailed manufacturing requirements from all production sub-departments (Core, Winding, Assembly, Tanking, Drying, and Testing). Develop comprehensive MES functional specifications, business process workflows, and user requirement specifications (URS). Evaluate MES vendors, participate in technical workshops, and manage vendor deliverables to ensure alignment with AGH’s project roadmap. Oversee system integration testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), end-user training, and Go-Live support. Configure, test, and troubleshoot industrial communication protocols (OPC UA, Modbus TCP, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, MQTT ). Partner with international machine OEMs and automation suppliers for PLC integration, tag mapping, and data extraction. Facilitate seamless, two-way data integration between MES, SAP S/4HANA Cloud, WMS, Microsoft Power Apps, and Power BI . Support API development, middleware configuration (e.g., Kepware, Node-RED), and interface testing for production order downloads, material consumption, and finished goods movement. Ensure real-time data sync between physical inventory scans (Barcode/QR/RFID) and ERP/WMS databases. Design, build, and maintain real-time Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) dashboards, machine status monitors, and downtime tracking systems. Implement end-to-end Production Traceability (serial tracking from raw CRGO steel and copper reels to final transformer units). Deploy Digital Work Instructions (DWI) and paperless shop-floor interfaces to streamline operator workflows and reduce human error. Monitor key performance metrics including OEE, cycle times, quality yield, scrap rates, and machine utilization. Build automated management dashboards using Power BI and custom web tools to deliver actionable insights to plant leadership. Conduct root-cause analysis on recurring machine communication failures or data discrepancies. Actively contribute to AGH's Smart Factory vision by supporting projects in AI-based Predictive Maintenance, Digital Twin simulation, Industrial IoT (IIoT), and Automated Energy Monitoring . Stay abreast of emerging Smart Factory technologies and assess their potential application in power equipment manufacturing.
