Regularly visit retail outlets to introduce our skincare products directly to new customers. Help set up the initial field acquisition workflows, locations, and strategies for the new team. Manage, train, and motivate 2 to 3 staff members, working alongside them in the field to hit targets. Act as the face of the brand, educating the public on our skincare benefits and driving immediate interest. Track daily field performance and acquisition metrics, reporting directly to the Sales Manager.
