Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer messages politely and professionally. 2. Sales Invoicing & Documentation Process sale transactions accurately and on time. Coordinate with the warehouse team for delivery orders. 3. Customer Relationship Management Maintain good relationships with existing customers. Follow up with customers on orders, payments, and delivery schedules. 4. Sales Support & Market Activities Assist in preparing quotations, price lists, and product information. Maintain and update customer database. 5. Coordination with Internal Teams Work closely with warehouse and logistics for smooth delivery. Communicate with finance/accounts department regarding payment follow-up 6. General Responsibilities Maintain professional behavior and communication at all times.
