Supervising new Machine Arrival Inspection, Pre delivery inspection and delivery inspection by accomplishing and following up the instruction (Inspection Report & Check Items) form Product Supplier. Supervising Troubleshooting, Repair Job and Component Overhauling. Controlling daily activities of Service Team and Prepare Service Recommended Part List. Contact customer to offer Service Job and other Special Program to maintain Customer relationship. Training and explaining Warranty Terms and Condition to Customer when deliver Machine to Customer. Update Technical Data and Information timely, by cooperating with Training & Technical Coordination Team. Contact Customer to follow up overdue, by cooperating with Service Admin Team. Prepare Technical Report or Warranty Failure Analysis Report to report Service Operation Manager and Training & Technical Coordination Team. Supervising and taking care jobsite repair job if necessary. Jobsite visit together with Service Team, Parts Sales Team and Training Team to collect Customer information and complaint. Coordinate between Service Operating Manager, Service Team and Customer for any aspect.
