Manage full set of accounts and financial operations Prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly financial reports Handle budgeting, cash flow, and financial planning Ensure tax compliance and reporting Coordinate with auditors and management
Daily Operations: Supervise and manage daily operations of branches, warehouses, and office activities to ensure smooth workflow. Inventory Management: Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager to ensure accurate tracking of incoming/outgoing audio products and inventory balances. Logistics & Distribution: Manage the delivery system to ensure products are delivered to customers on time and safely. Team Leadership: Lead and strengthen coordination among Sales, Accounting, and Warehouse teams.
