Identify, target, and develop business opportunities with corporate clients and partners. Develop and implement sales strategies for corporate insurance products (e.g., Group Life, Health, Property, Fire, Marine, etc.). Manage end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closing deals and post-sale account management. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, brokers, and key stakeholders. Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to pitch solutions and services. Work closely with underwriting, operations, and claims departments to develop client-centric solutions. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and risks. Prepare regular sales and business development reports for management. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Direct report to HOD and senior management. Ensure all units under the division function smoothly and staff are assigned and managed effectively and efficiently in line with company’s policies. Develop and implement strategic plans to support goals of organization. Build and maintain departmental structure adaptable with organizational standards and practices. Coordinate and cooperate with other departments and divisions to ensure smooth operation of the company. Supervise operation processes within an insurance practice to promote operation efficiency. Anticipate implications and consequences of situations and prepare contingency plans to take appropriate actions. Monitor enterprise risk and coordinate with Risk Management Committee. Manage agreements and relationships with relevant stakeholders. Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics.
Report to HOD on monthly performance versus target surveys Conduct Risk surveys (full risk surveys, follow up surveys, loss prevention surveys, thermography surveys, forklift/warehouse operation surveys). Present/submit (international) standard survey reports to assist underwriters/ reinsurers/business(marketing) to understand more risk and to set appropriate rates and T&Cs. To make risk improvement recommendations to create win-win situation of both client and insurance company Commit to turnaround time agreed with respective stakeholders. Ensure to dispatch all reports to parties on time. Manage daily workshop operations to ensure efficient, timely, and compliant claims handling Oversee inspections, assessments, and repair processes while optimizing resources and workflow Lead accurate technical evaluations, approve estimates, and handle complex or high-value claims Collaborate with claims adjusters and stakeholders to ensure smooth claim resolution Oversee customer service and call center operations, ensuring prompt response and high service standards Monitor customer satisfaction, improve first-call resolution, and handle escalated complaints Lead, coach, and develop technicians, assessors, and customer service teams Drive a performance-focused and customer-centric culture Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and quality standards Control costs, manage budgets, and track KPIs (TAT, CSAT, etc.) Collaborate across departments and with external partners Drive continuous improvement and adopt tools to enhance efficiency
Make sure for the completion of audit engagement as annual plan. Well support to Second In-charge and HOD for all auditing process. Identify and quantify the significant risk during engagement. Make sure for relevant competency level and code of conducts. Ensure for the effective communication with audit clients. Other duty assigned by HOD and Second In-charged.
