Implement and execute production plans effectively. Arrange and prepare machines, manpower, raw materials, and other related requirements in advance to ensure smooth implementation according to the production plan. Regularly monitor assigned responsibilities under supervision and manage necessary improvements to enhance employees’ skills and performance. Prepare and check daily manpower lists for each production line on time and submit them to the relevant department. Review daily output, completion status, wastage, raw material usage, and costs, and supervise subordinates to ensure continuous improvement. Continuously monitor and ensure that operations are aligned with the company’s objectives and targets. Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly reports are prepared and submitted on time. Supervise Production Heads, Supervisors, and other staff to ensure duties and responsibilities are carried out accurately and on schedule. Follow and implement instructions from senior management promptly and effectively.
