Job Summary We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to grow sales for our skin care brand in Yangon and selected regional markets. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will handle day-to-day selling — servicing and opening agent, wholesale and retail accounts, following up on orders and collections, and converting online enquiries into sales. Key Responsibilities Sales & Account Management Achieve the monthly individual sales target agreed with the Sales Manager Visit and service existing agents, wholesalers and retail outlets on a regular route plan Take orders, coordinate deliveries, and follow up on payments and collections Apply company pricing, discount and credit terms correctly on every order Customer Development & Market Support Find and open new agent, wholesale and retail accounts in assigned townships Share product knowledge with partners and support in-store promotions and activations Respond to Facebook / TikTok and other online enquiries and convert them into orders Collect competitor pricing and market feedback and report it to the Sales Manager Prepare daily and weekly sales, visit and collection reports
Accounts Receivable (AR) Monitor customer outstanding balances and follow up on collections by phone and message. Prepare weekly AR aging and collection-status reports for management. Match incoming payments against invoices and resolve discrepancies promptly. Bookkeeping Record daily sales, purchases, expenses, and payments in the accounting system (Odoo ERP). Prepare journal entries and perform bank and cash reconciliations. Support month-end closing and maintain organized document filing. Data Entry & Reporting Enter sales orders, invoices, and payment records accurately and on time. Maintain Excel trackers and prepare daily cash and monthly summary reports. Coordinate with the sales and delivery teams on payment status.
