Supervise and monitor daily operations of assigned pharmacy branches Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and government health regulations Maintain consistent service quality and operational standards across all branches Set sales targets and KPIs for branch managers and teams Analyze sales performance, expenses, and profitability of each branch Implement strategies to increase sales, customer retention, and market share Lead, coach, and evaluate pharmacy staff Support recruitment, training, and development of branch employees Resolve staff performance issues and enforce discipline when required Ensure proper stock management, stock availability, and expiry control Monitor ordering, receiving, and inventory accuracy Minimize stock losses, damages, and pilferage Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professional pharmacy service Handle escalated customer complaints and operational issues Ensure pharmacies comply with legal, ethical, and safety standards Prepare regular operational, sales, and performance reports Communicate effectively with Head Office and other departments Provide market feedback, competitor analysis, and improvement recommendations
