• Make a list for purchasing materials, requesting materials, inventory ledger and transaction record. • Make sure for well arrange of delivery for requesting materials to each project. • Must be created good communication and relation with all departments to be satisfied by department related with our services. • Assist for preparation of weekly and monthly report for purchasing materials. • Assist the team in the preparation of monthly and yearly closings. • Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll record etc., as assigned by HOD. • Assist in the preparation of income statement and other financial statements according to the company accounting and financial guidelines. • Post and process journal entries to ensure all inventory transactions are recorded daily. • Follow up as per instructions from HOD for related works with Farm. • Need to perform all works which are fairly instructed by Department Head • Need to go other locations for Stock checking, counting, confirming as per requirement time. • Need to make record & follow up In/Out materials or good from every locations or zones or departments. fully responsible for M&E technician group to execute tasks of the technician group such as guarantee and maintenance of all technical equipment of the hatchery site: Incubators, AHU, water pumps+ tanks, generators, ATS, VCB, wells,), wastewater treatment tank, - Responsible for operations of all machines, equipment, systems, working tools in Hatchery, including detecting mistakes, repairing and coming up with preventive solutions. - Inspect planning and maintenance of all of machines and equipment in the Farm. - Responsible for all installations: mechanic, electric, water, equipment. - Daily/weekly and monthly reporting of all equipment. - Responsible for solving technical problems, report and propose solutions for line manager if cannot handle these problems. - Analysis, summary and propose solution to improve quality of hatching, maximizing the productivity of machinery and equipment. - Design follow up and update all technical procedures. - Firefighting training and fire drills - Train a local team of technicians to develop an independent local technician team. - Estimating buildings and utilities quality of the hatchery and communicating with constructor(s) under instruction of manager and the company to maintain these buildings. Estimating risk of defect(s) of all systems, fire etc.... and having action plan(s). Report To Head of Engineering
Main Logistics responsibilities consist of Hatching Eggs, Day Old Parent Chicks and Machinery & Equipment from oversea. Main Marketing responsibilities consists of social media exposure. Arrange importing and exporting process (import/ export license and custom clearance) run smoothly. Implement cost-saving plans, process improvement plans, and change management plans. Create and support Operation and Logistics principle Work closely with third – party vendors for external logistics Identify and Manage risk within logistics Timely preparing free import tax list for CAPEX import Arranging Investment Certificates to comply with free import tax list Keep relationship and smooth communication with customs Arrange all documents and clearance procedures to release goods at the port Assure quality of goods during custom clearance and truck transportation to the sites Minimize and optimize costs for logistics, import and export Continuously seeking cost savings and efficiencies in logistics/import/export Stay updated on new logistics/import/export tax regulations/exemptions and inform Responsible for the maintenance and replacement of Bel Ga logistics fleet; trucks, cars and motorcycles Project Manager and Managing Director.

Organize and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures and Checklists (if not yet implemented). Setting up non-conformity reports.Setting up an internal quality auditing plan.Set and check quality targets of all departments.Waste management recording and control.Water management of all Bel Ga facilities:Setting up regular water test, - Water management reporting.Environmental consultation and advice for the company.
