Establish, execute, and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), standards, and project workflows. Set up Project Templates adhering to LOD specifications and manage BIM data. Lead, mentor, and conduct training for a team of BIM Coordinators and Modelers across all disciplines. Create 4D simulation models, construction sequence presentations, and timeline videos based on the master schedule. Chair BIM technical and coordination meetings and prepare monthly progress reports. Develop rapid digital mockup models for architectural proposals during client pitch stages. Perform site visits for coordination and enforce QA/QC checks on As-Built drawings prior to handover. Oversee BIM software performance and manage file exchange/archiving at project milestones.

Prepare and verify M&E quantity take-offs based on drawings and specifications Review tender documents, BOQ, and technical specifications for M&E works Prepare cost estimates and pricing for M&E packages Manage subcontractor procurement, evaluation, and recommendation Prepare and submit progress claims and payment applications Assess and certify subcontractor progress payments Evaluate and negotiate variation orders (VO) and change orders Monitor project budgets and control M&E cost performance Handle contract administration and ensure compliance with contract terms Attend project meetings and provide commercial advice on M&E matters Prepare final accounts and close-out documentation Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and M&E engineer

Verify requested quantities, specifications, and scope against the approved BOQ, drawings, and specifications. Provide commercial recommendations for MR approval or adjustment. Identify materials outside the BOQ scope and support the variation approval process. Coordinate with site engineers, planners, and subcontractors on commercial matters. Weekly site visit, attend site progress meetings, and record key cost-related data. Liaise with consultants, clients, and internal departments for commercial deliverables.
