Building Information Modelling (BIM)

Since 2013, BHCC has implemented using BIM for clash detection, quantity take-off, site utilization and tower crane planning, precast planning and visualization, technical coordination and shop drawing production. With BIM, communication and coordination process between consultant, main contractor and sub-contractor has never been this easier. Using BIM technology, we are able to achieve higher and higher productivity with the elimination of redundant and abortive works.

• Familiar with BIM documentations and shop drawings directly from the Revit models • Create accurate and organized Revit (BIM) models and generate schedules, concrete body plans, combined service drawings and other relevant shop drawings from BIM Models • Create Revit families for project. • Generate quality work in BIM modelling, shop drawings and meet the submission schedule • Record and control in and out drawing registration • Perform other drafting related duties as and when assigned by supervisor
