Handle daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping activities. Handle cash and bank transactions. Prepare and maintain invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents. Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). Input and maintain data for monthly accounting reports. Update and maintain accounting records. Assist the Senior Accountant / Chief Accountant with accounting-related tasks.
The Logistics Officer will be responsible for managing daily logistics operations, including stock control, inventory monitoring, delivery coordination, and delivery route planning. Key Responsibilities: • Monitor and control daily stock movements and maintain accurate inventory records. • Conduct regular stock checks and report stock discrepancies, damages, and expired or near-expiry products. • Follow the FEFO (First Expired, First Out) principle for medical products. • Plan, coordinate, and participate in daily deliveries according to customer requirements and priorities. • Prepare efficient delivery routes to ensure timely delivery and optimize transportation costs. • Coordinate with drivers, sales teams, and customers regarding delivery arrangements. • Monitor delivery status and ensure products are delivered safely and on time. • Ensure proper handling, storage, and transportation of medical products while maintaining required temperature conditions and product quality. • Maintain delivery documents, Proof of Delivery (POD), and logistics records. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock and delivery reports. • Support improvements in logistics, inventory, and delivery operations.
