Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), Bills of Estimate (BE), and cost estimates for construction and renovation projects. Produce detailed architectural and construction drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting software. Perform quantity surveying and cost estimation throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct site inspections, coordinate with site engineers and supervisors, and resolve site-related issues. Measure maintenance and renovation works on-site, prepare material lists, estimate project costs, and submit reports. Prepare detailed drawings for renovation and maintenance works when required. Ensure project documentation, reports, and records are accurate and completed on time. Coordinate with project teams to ensure project quality, cost control, and timely completion. Perform other duties assigned by the management.
