Create product designs and promotional materials required by the company. Design social media graphics and visual content for Champion & ACT Pages. Provide graphic design support for Marketing, Sales, and HR departments when required. Develop designs in accordance with the company’s brand guidelines . Create and develop social media posts, logos, packaging designs, and other creative materials . Collaborate with the Marketing Team to plan and execute campaign designs. Ensure all design tasks are completed within deadlines while working effectively as part of a team.
Manage and drive sales to achieve the assigned targets. Lead and implement sales growth plans / Motivate team members / Supervise performance / Monitor results / Review and report outcomes. Ensure all team members provide excellent customer service. Maintain good relationships among team members. Manage stock to ensure accuracy and prevent damage or loss. Handle customer complaints and document them using Customer Complaint Forms. Arrange and display products attractively to increase customer interest. Control and minimize unnecessary expenses. Oversee cleanliness and maintenance inside and outside the store.
