Position Title: Senior Accountant Department: Finance & Accounting Reports To: Finance Manager / Accounting Manager Key Responsibilities Handle daily accounting transactions including Cash, Bank, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Journal Entries Manage sales, purchase, and inventory accounting for mobile accessories products Monitor stock movement, cost of goods sold (COGS), and inventory valuation Prepare monthly and yearly financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) Perform bank reconciliations and supplier/customer account reconciliations Calculate and submit Commercial Tax, Withholding Tax, and Income Tax accurately and on time Maintain and control fixed assets, accruals, and depreciation schedules Prepare accounting records and reports for internal and external audits Supervise and review junior accounting staff and daily accounting operations Prepare management reports including sales analysis, margin reports, and expense control Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and local regulations
