What we do

Canadian International College - Myanmar (CIC), established in September 2017, is the first Canada (Ontario) based private secondary school in Myanmar. CIC offers certified courses from Grades 9 to 12 that cater to the educational needs of high school students worldwide. The primary focus of our school is to provide quality secondary education to those students who aspire to obtain an Ontario high school diploma, recognized and accepted by colleges and universities worldwide.

Take photos and videos of school activities, events, and daily operations Produce short reels, highlight videos, and promotional content Edit photos/videos for social media and marketing use Support school events (orientation, celebrations, trips, competitions) Manage and maintain camera and lighting equipment Organize and file media content properly
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. Maintain employee records and update the HR database. Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (attendance, leaves, etc.). Coordinate performance appraisals and support employee development programs. Manage employee engagement and welfare activities. Handle disciplinary actions and grievance procedures in line with company policy. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations. Assist in other HR-related tasks as assigned by HR Manager
