Prepare and maintain daily records of cash inflows, cash outflows, and expenses. Must be able to prepare Profit & Loss Statements, Trial Balance, General Ledger, and Balance Sheet (manually) . Reconcile bank statements with the company's accounting records. Issue and maintain invoices and receipts accurately, and organize them systematically for proper filing. Prepare and manage budgets. Handle petty cash transactions and prepare petty cash reports. Perform taxation-related tasks and ensure compliance with tax requirements. Prepare and submit required financial and accounting reports as assigned.
Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Viber, Telegram, etc.) effectively to ensure strong audience engagement. Develop content marketing strategies aligned with the company's brand, prepare monthly content calendars, and write engaging content and copy. Be proficient in using Canva, CapCut, or other basic graphic design and video editing applications. Set up and manage advertising campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads, and execute paid advertising campaigns effectively. Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and prepare monthly analytics reports with insights and recommendations. Collaborate closely with the Customer Service Team to ensure customers receive excellent service and maintain high levels of positive customer feedback.
