China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) was established in 1979 with the approval of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China. CCECC Myanmar Limited is a subsidiary of China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) and has been engaged in infrastructure construction and engineering projects in Myanmar for many years. Its main business covers bridges, roads, railways and other infrastructure projects.
Its representative achievements in Myanmar include:
Yangon–Dala Bridge (Myanmar–Korea Friendship Bridge): Undertook the construction of the main bridge section, including the two main pylons and cable-stayed bridge across the Yangon River. The bridge was officially opened in February 2026.
