Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Marketing Department. Coordinate planning, scheduling, and budgeting for campaigns, events, and promotional activities. Develop and maintain the marketing activity calendar for smooth execution. Communicate and coordinate with agencies, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery. Review, verify, and manage marketing budgets, expense claims, payment requests, and petty cash. Handle contracts and agreements including verification, processing, filing, and documentation. Manage document control, record keeping, and database updates (POSM, activation data, customer info). Coordinate production of branding materials and ensure quality checks and proper installation at field locations. Review and analyze monthly market survey data, competitor activities, and sales trends. Prepare and present weekly and monthly marketing performance reports to management. .
Supervise and support the activation teams to ensure continuous improvement in overall sales performance. Define and allocate the required number of effective outlets, providing clear and actionable guidance to ensure full compliance with all SOPs. Collaborate with way planners, the marketing team to review, analyze the monthly market survey data in assigned area, measuring sales trends and evaluate marketing effectiveness and performance. Conducting ways checks to ensure that the teams under supervision are following the define process during their field activities. Identify and troubleshoot errors in the software as needed. Willing and able to work overtime.
