Develop detailed BIM models, collaborate closely with project teams, ensure model accuracy, and comply with relevant building standards; generate construction drawings as required. Prepare plans, sections, and detailed drawings using Autodesk Revit. Be familiar with BIM documentation and able to produce shop drawings directly from Revit models. Produce accurate, well-organized Revit (BIM) models and generate schedules, concrete body plans, combined services drawings, and other relevant shop drawings. Assist the BIM Manager, BIM Coordinators, and project team in creating, updating, and revising BIM models throughout the project lifecycle—from project start to as-built stage. Produce high-quality BIM models and shop drawings, ensuring timely submission. Create Revit families specific to project requirements. Perform other drafting-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
