The One World International School is seeking an efficient and proactive Business & Operations Manager to lead our non-academic departments. Reporting to leadership , you will ensure that the campus and administrative teams operate at a high professional standard. Your goal is to maintain an effective operational environment, allowing our academic team to focus entirely on student success. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Supervise non-teaching staff (IT, Marketing, Maintenance, and Security) to ensure all departments are effective and meeting school goals. Facilities & Maintenance: Ensure the efficient upkeep of the campus; manage vendor contracts and ensure all building systems are safe and fully functional. Human Resources: Manage local staff attendance and recruitment for support roles with a focus on professional conduct and compliance. Marketing & Admissions: Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure social media campaigns are effective and the campus is ready for prospective parent tours. IT Oversight: Supervise IT staff to maintain stable internet, network security, and efficient hardware performance. Operational Reporting: Provide regular, detailed updates to leadership to ensure all non-academic operations remain transparent and aligned with school standards.

Admissions & Enrollment Management Develop and implement admissions strategies to achieve enrollment targets Oversee the full admissions cycle (inquiry, application, assessment, enrollment, onboarding) Build strong relationships with prospective families and ensure excellent customer service Manage admissions data, reporting, and forecasting Organize school tours, open days, and promotional events Ensure compliance with school policies and international education standards 2. Marketing & Communications Collaborate with marketing team to promote the school brand Monitor market trends and competitor schools Support digital marketing, social media, and outreach campaigns Maintain clear and consistent communication with parents 3. School Operations Management Oversee daily operations including administration, facilities, transport, and security Ensure smooth coordination between academic and non-academic departments Develop and improve operational policies and procedures Monitor health, safety, and safeguarding standards Manage vendors, contracts, and service providers 4. Team Leadership Lead and supervise admissions and operations staff Provide training, coaching, and performance management Foster a collaborative and professional working environment 5. Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure compliance with local regulations and international school standards Maintain accurate records and documentation Support inspections, audits, and accreditation processes 6. Financial Oversight Manage admissions-related budgets and operational costs Monitor fee collection processes in coordination with finance team Support financial planning and cost control initiatives
