Follow quality plan to control the online operation for product and process quality to meet the product specification. Involve in root cause analysis when nonconformity was discovered, then verification and analysis for product release or reject. To ensure Online process are running in good GMP, hygienic condition and coordinate with production team for action taken. Control and verify the PRP, OPRP and CCP as per HACCP plan implemented by FSSC system. Involve the sensory evaluation program for one of product release criteria. Make sure the record & document keeping control for analysis data intern of traceability purpose and as per Quality Management System. Responsible to operate two automated machines in the same line or different line within the same work schedule in order to achieve business targets, especially for Line Efficiency and Productivity Improvement. Responsible to optimize/minimize machine down time in designated area. Work with QA, maintenance team and warehouse team to deliver/produce a qualified finish goods based on production planning. Responsible to achieve targeted USLE (line efficiency), to complete production report and shift handover process by ensuring continuity of safe and effective working. Responsible to perform Level 1 maintenance activity such as BEC (basic equipment care), CLTI (cleaning, lubrication, tightening, inspection) , GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) for two machines. Work with maintenance team for all maintenance activities such as overhaul, retrofit, upgrade., etc and preventive maintenance activity included. Monitor Spare parts requirements for designated machines and make sure to be ready for replacement if needed. Responsible to check the readiness of raw materials/packaging materials and pallets before running/operating the production line and make sure to return the product balance after production. Support the regular audit in regards of RM/PM, pallets and fixed assets. Responsible to deliver/perform to complete the WTMM (Work That Matter Most) which may include USLE and yield targets, manufacturing cost per case, etc., and need to drive for continuous improvement in every aspect by working with cross functions. Keep the Boiler in running condition. Keep watch on spares by taking monthly stock checks. Carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule. Observe GMP in Boiler Room with daily cleaning and maintaining the room clean and tidy. Assist in the maintenance activity. Comply to organization “food safety Standards and Program”. Maintain and repair the production equipment as per the preventive maintenance schedule in order to ensure high levels of efficiency and reduced downtimes. Advise Supervisor about all the spare parts to be purchased in order to accomplish the jobs along with the proper justification, propose changes of spare parts and recommend the change of equipment when reoccurring malfunction of equipment starts to become a constant problem. Provide support and help with all other trades when required. Ensure the personal safety of the jobholder by the correct use of tools/equipment and wearing the safety accessories/equipment as supplied by the company. Ensure that Mission Directed Work Teams (MDW) and Housekeeping and maintenance (5S) modules are in place. Comply to organization “Food safety Standards and KORE requirements. Plan the raw materials are available for production at all times. Plan to order the right quantity of material at the right time. Ensures understanding of supply planning concepts and principles throughout the organization and continuously evaluates performance. Ensure that shelf-life extension of expiring beverage is done timely. Perform aging analysis and provide recommendation to production planning to produce near expiry stock and recommendation to warehouse team to release near expiry stock first. Provide regular feedback about aging of beverage and shelf-life extension result and other exception matters to management team. Develop weekly reviews of actual vs. plan and presents results in the weekly Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) meetings and monthly S&OP meeting. Create purchase request for raw and packaging materials in SAP in timely manner. Effectively communicate with CPS (beverage base supplier in Singapore) for ordering, available of stock and shelf life extension. Collaborate with procurement team, production team, QA team and warehouse house team for availability of stock. Regular communication with CPS in Singapore with regards to concentrate orders, application of shelf life extension. Communicating RMPM warehouse about concentrate aging and release. Analyze Inventory surplus and shortage; supplier oder lead time, and manufacturing capacity.
Provide strategic direction and operational support to ensure that QSE conforms to The Coca-Cola and local country standards, specifications and regulations. Primarily ensuring operations comply to all food laws, sanitary regulation, health requirements, GMP, HACCP, ISO, OHSAS and Environmental waste management. Drive jounery towards assurance model from control model. Support the implementation of the plant certification and confoirmance to Integrated Management Systems (IMS) considting of KORE, ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, PAS220, ISO22000 and that all operations are in a state of rediness to pass any external audits and internal GAO audits Ensuring Incident Management Control & Reporting. Partner with external stakeholders to ensure keeping current with latest developments of the various laws and regulations, working within the QSE community defining new and improved standards of operation, identifying and utilizing latest technology. Create a Pipeline of QSE Talent within the organisation that can effectively manage the total compliance requirements as well as drive both a compliance a continuous improvement culture, while driving correct behaviours. Support associates capability development through planning, scheduling of training and regular updates on new policies and changing requirements. Obtaining consents as required by regulatory authorities and ensure compliance to consent conditions as required by regulations. Efficiency Improvement: Review process and procedures to determine optimal approach to operational challenges to deliver, WUR, EUR and Quality standards.
