Greet and welcome guests Answer phone in a timely manner and take messages or transfer call to relevant person Assist the team with clerical works such as copying, taking memos and any other administrative matters. Receiving / sending of deliveries / couriers Record the inventory of office supplies and restock if necessary. Maintain the reception area and common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times. Candidate must possess knowledge of contemporary hardware equipment and IT-related duties maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Respond to support requests and assist in troubleshooting IT-related problems. Examine the customer’s computer systems to validate correct operations and identify errors. Attempt to replicate reported technical problems and look for solutions. Ensure all software and hardware is up-to-date and install updates as required. Verify and submit the warranty claims whenever required. Assist seniors or specialists to resolve any critical issues. Provide complete maintenance reports.
