Administer, monitor, and maintain the company's CRM system. Support CRM users across departments and provide troubleshooting assistance. Ensure CRM data accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Conduct user training and onboarding for new CRM users. Prepare CRM reports, dashboards, and usage analysis for management. Coordinate with business units to gather requirements and recommend system improvements. Work with IT, vendors, and department heads on CRM enhancement projects. Monitor CRM adoption and propose initiatives to improve utilization. Document CRM processes, user guides, and best practices.
Support medical and technical features with sale related activities such as demonstrations, workshops, conference, KOL visits together with other sales team members. Need to analyze customer insights, customer trends, market analysis, and best practices to build successful strategies. Work very closely with other teams such as sales, operation etc and see for sale and some digital achievement Conduct training internally and improve product knowledge. Need to prepare quotations, invoices, pre-promotion preparedness (like catalog, snacks and etc). Learn product nature and adjust with customers need to match. 1. Regulatory Compliance Ensure compliance with Myanmar Companies Law, Securities Exchange Law, SECM regulations, YSX listing rules, IFRS/IAS. Monitor changes in laws/regulations and update internal processes. Communicate with regulators, external auditors, legal advisors and internal stakeholders. 2. Corporate Governance Support the BOD and Board Committees in governance responsibilities. File statutory returns, disclosures, and reports on time. Monitor the effectiveness of compliance controls. 4. Policies and Procedures Draft, review, and update compliance policies (AML, CTF, Data Protection, Whistleblowing, ESG, etc.). Ensure compliance standards are embedded in business contracts and tenders. Maintain internal compliance frameworks. 5. Training and Awareness Conduct compliance training for staff, executives, and directors. Promote awareness on disclosure obligations, ethics, and insider trading rules. Foster a company-wide compliance culture. 6. Monitoring and Reporting Monitor daily business activities for potential non-compliance. Report compliance risks and status to the Corporate Affairs Manager/Department Head, BOD/Audit Committee, and senior management. Maintain compliance audit, investigation, and resolution records. 7. Investigation and Enforcement Investigate suspected breaches of compliance. Recommend corrective and/or disciplinary actions. Work with legal consultant and external advisors for complex issues. 8. Stakeholder Communication Act as the main point of contact with regulators, SECM, YSX, and shareholders. Support Investor Relations (IR) with disclosure and reporting obligations. Identify opportunities to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operating costs. Vendor & Contract Management Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers. Negotiate service agreements and monitor vendor performance. Process administrative and fleet-related invoices and payments. Ensure service-level agreements are met. Team Supervision Supervise administrative staff, drivers, and support personnel. Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching. Manage work schedules and resource allocation. Compliance & Reporting Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and transportation laws. Prepare monthly administrative and fleet management reports. Monitor budgets and expenditure for administration and vehicle operations. Support audits and compliance reviews.

Help develop audit programs and procedures focused on key areas of inventory risk. Support the audit team by gathering data, reviewing inventory reports, and performing reconciliations of inventory records against physical counts. Conduct preliminary reviews of inventory related documents. Collect and organize audit evidence from various departments and stakeholders. Assist in the preparation of working papers and audit documentation. Perform audit procedures such as vouching, testing, and validation of transactions. Digital Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management: Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies aligned with Company’s business objectives. SEO & SEM Management: Lead the implementation of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) initiatives to improve website visibility, search rankings, lead generation, and online presence. Optimize website content, landing pages, and digital assets based on best practices and performance data. Social Media Management: Manage Company’s social media platforms by developing content plans, scheduling posts, engaging with audiences, monitoring trends, and executing paid social media campaigns. Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements to increase engagement and brand awareness. Email Marketing & Marketing Automation: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, promotional communications, and automated customer journeys. Monitor campaign performance and implement optimization strategies to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Website Management & Optimization: Oversee the maintenance, content updates, and performance of the company website. Ensure a user-friendly experience, mobile responsiveness, SEO compliance, and alignment with branding and marketing objectives. Analytics & Performance Reporting: Utilize digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, social media analytics, and CRM systems to monitor campaign performance, website traffic, customer behavior, and conversion metrics. Provide regular reports, insights, and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making. Lead Generation & CRM Integration: Support lead generation initiatives through digital channels and ensure proper tracking, nurturing, and reporting within the CRM system. Collaborate with the Business Development and Sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates. Digital Content & Brand Management: Coordinate the development of digital content, including website content, social media assets, videos, blogs, and digital advertisements. Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. Vendor & Agency Coordination: Liaise with external agencies, digital partners, media platforms, and service providers to ensure timely execution of digital marketing projects and campaigns.
