- Manage employee relations, performance management and disciplinary processes. - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews. - Work with managers to identify performance improvement opportunities and provide guidance for employee development - Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, procedure and compliance requirements. - Manage training and development programs, including competency enhancement initiatives. - Provide HR advisory support to management and departmental heads. - Maintain accurate HR documentation, reports and records.
