Administrative Management (90%): Executive office administration, document control, and managing schedules. This includes serving as the lead for all Government Office visits and submissions. Language Services: Providing fluent Burmese to English translation for all office correspondence and official paperwork. Scan and digitize all physical government correspondence to maintain a searchable electronic backup · Legal Support (10%): Assisting with the basic filing of legal documents and ensuring a general understanding of regulatory compliance during government interactions. Maintain a detailed tracking log of all documents submitted to government departments (tracking submission dates, receipt numbers, and expected approval dates) Prepare weekly status reports for management regarding the progress of government applications.
