Key Responsibilities: • Financial Oversight: Maintain accurate and comprehensive sets of accounts, ensuring all financial transactions comply with international accounting standards. • Payroll & Disbursement Audit: Independently verify and audit all payroll calculations and profit-sharing distributions prior to final processing. • Internal Controls: Implement and monitor strict internal auditing processes to mitigate financial leakage and ensure inventory accuracy. • Reporting: Coordinate with operational departments while providing direct financial reporting and fund management insights to the Leadership Team.
