The position plays an important role in ensuring project execution follows PMO standards and delivery frameworks adopted by the organization. • Assist the Project Manager in planning project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. • Support sprint planning, backlog tracking, and delivery coordination for Agile-based projects. • Track action items, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple teams. • Maintain project artifacts including project plans, sprint trackers, RAID logs, and status reports. • Coordinate communication between engineering teams, QA teams, and external stakeholders. • Assist in preparing materials for project review meetings and stakeholder updates. • Support documentation of technical requirements, project scope changes, and change requests. • Track project deliverables and ensure tasks are updated in project management tools (e.g., Jira). • Assist in coordinating project releases, testing cycles, and milestone checkpoints. • Support continuous improvement of project delivery processes within the PMO.
