The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar solutions to factories, warehouses, hotels, hospitals, commercial buildings, and other industrial clients. Candidates with strong project sales experience, especially in solar, electrical, EPC, or construction-related industries, are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities for C&I solar projects Promote and sell solar energy solutions to commercial and industrial customers Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits Prepare quotations, proposals, and project follow-ups Coordinate with technical and engineering teams for project requirements Manage customer relationships and maintain sales pipelines Handle project negotiations, contract discussions, and closing processes Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Follow up on tender projects and large-scale commercial opportunities
Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (Government Relations, Tender & Corporate Affairs) to manage government relations, tender activities, DICA / MyCO matters, corporate documentation, and external stakeholder coordination. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing the company in relevant government offices, managing tender processes, and ensuring timely follow-up and completion of government-related matters. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate official business matters with relevant government ministries, departments, authorities, and government offices in Yangon and Nay Pyi Taw. Represent the company in government meetings, official visits, submissions, registrations, approvals, and other government-related matters when required. Manage DICA / MyCO-related filings, amendments, company registration, corporate documentation, licenses, and follow-up activities . Prepare, review, and coordinate official letters, applications, submissions, and supporting documents with relevant internal departments. Monitor government and private-sector tender announcements, identify relevant opportunities, and provide recommendations to Management. Lead and coordinate the tender preparation and submission process, including document collection, review, submission, clarification, and follow-up. Coordinate with Engineering, Sales, Finance, Administration, and Management teams to ensure complete and timely tender submissions. Arrange and conduct necessary business trips to Nay Pyi Taw and other locations for tender submissions, government meetings, registrations, approvals, and related matters. Maintain professional relationships with relevant government departments, authorities, clients, and external stakeholders in accordance with company policies and applicable procedures. Monitor pending applications, approvals, licenses, registrations, and tender matters, maintain proper records, and provide regular updates and recommendations to Management.
