Understanding of quality standards related to feed production process. Understanding of the production flow process and sampling location and procedure. Understanding of raw material nature, storage and handling including analyzing scheme updates and company specification per RM group. Understanding about Finish Product analyzing scheme updates and company specification per product group. Ensure and Perform sampling RM Incoming and control the unloading process according in accordance with procedures. Coordinate with respective departments for update of RM checking, and acceptance according to analysis results and physical status including operational and commercial fraud. Observe and control quality during the raw material intake process before production, during flat storage. Determine Finished products quality according to SOP and well coordination with production operators for control of production process, product specification and product analysis results. Coordinate with respective supervisors when deviation seen in RM as well as FP quality, reporting and updating on time in relevant group and take actions such as decision for acceptance of RM or selling of FP accordingly. Feedback to colleagues for both process and product support when it comes to making decisions on quality control and monitoring.
Develop and execute an annual auditing plan Execute and improve the continuous auditing plan Support the business in following up on internal audit and external audit findings Make suggestions to senior management on process improvements. Report audit findings in a comprehensive and structured manner. Perform ad-hoc testing based on company requirements. Review & update or prepare the standard operating procedures (SOP) for all departments. Lead the implementation of the group issued Internal Control Framework (ICFW) into the Myanmar Business Unit. Do this by interpreting the global framework to the Myanmar situation, and by leading the organisational change. Prepare detailed Flow Charts for all in scope processes in which process is visualised and controls are identified.
Assist in quality control activities, including raw material inspections, in-process checks, and product evaluations, to ensure products meet established quality standards. Develop and written work instruction, guidelines and maintain all required documentation. Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, compile data for reporting, and ensure compliance with quality procedures and documentation requirements. Draw the annual training plan and give to the employee and do refresh training. Hygiene Verification. Conduct vendor audit twice a month. Check approved supplier with supplier evaluation checklist. Evaluate company catching team performance once a month and monitoring the production NC and incoming live bird NC. Co-operate in identifying areas for quality improvement, assist in root cause analysis for quality issues, and follow up corrective action.
