Contracts & Procurement Prepare and review contracts, quotations, and subcontractor agreements. Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations for cost-effectiveness. Support procurement with accurate material quantities and cost data. Negotiate terms and pricing with vendors and subcontractors. Project Monitoring Track project expenses and prepare periodic cost reports. Conduct site visits to verify measurements and progress. Certify contractor and subcontractor payments based on work progress. Support project team in value engineering and cost-saving alternatives.
