The Creative Content Creator will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and managing engaging visual and written content that reflects Deco Theory’s design philosophy. The role focuses on storytelling through images, videos, and words to build brand identity, engage audiences, and support marketing and lead-generation efforts. Key Responsibilities • Create high-quality content for social media, website, and marketing campaigns • Develop visually appealing posts, reels, short videos, stories, and carousels • Capture photos and videos of ongoing and completed interior design projects • Edit images and videos while maintaining brand aesthetics and quality standards • Write engaging captions, blogs, and content aligned with brand tone and voice • Collaborate with designers, stylists, and marketing teams to plan content calendars • Stay updated with interior design, décor, and social media trends • Ensure brand consistency across all content platforms • Support campaign launches, promotions, and special projects • Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics
To supervise and coordinate all site activities for interior decoration projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion in line with design specifications and client requirements. Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications. Monitor labor, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain productivity and quality. Check materials, tools, and equipment used on site. Ensure all site works meet safety standards and regulations. Project Coordination Coordinate with project engineers, designers, and contractors for smooth project execution. Conduct regular site inspections and report progress to management. Resolve technical and operational issues that arise on site. Support in preparing project progress reports and updates. Quality & Compliance Ensure workmanship and finishing quality meet company and client standards. Verify measurements, BOQs, and assist with site documentation. Monitor compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies. Assist in final inspection and handover of completed works.
