Job Summary : The Marketing Manager will support the Directors in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the clinic's services, treatments, activities, and campaigns. This role involves a blend of strategic planning, overseeing day-to-day marketing activities, content ideas, digital marketing, event coordination, campaign management, and reporting to increase brand awareness, attract new clients, and retain existing ones. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the medical aesthetic industry, excellent communication skills, creative thinking, and a strong understanding of marketing principles. JD Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand voice. Assist in the development and implementation of annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with the brand identity and goals. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and client needs. Collaborate with the creative and outsource team to align campaign messaging with clinic branding and objectives. Plan monthly sale promotions and content ideas based on the data of previous activities and manage promotional material production and in-clinic branding visuals. Develop and schedule engaging content for all social media platforms and website. Assist in managing KOLs collaborations and partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand value and identity. Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and testimonials for marketing collateral. Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborate closely with the clinic's front desk, medical staff, and management to ensure marketing initiatives, and to share marketing plans and updates.
