Understand the needs of medical equipment and accessories across the hospital. Forecast needs and supplies to minimize shortage and damage. Review and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to get best deals. Build and maintain long-term relationship with vendors and suppliers to get network opportunities Use soft-wares that track inventory and expiry, to minimize overstock and expired inventory. Prepare monthly procurement reports to be reviewed and analyzed by top management for better decisions.
