To lead and manage the Client Support Executive team to deliver efficient, accurate, and timely client support services through well-designed processes, disciplined workflows, and strong execution standards. The role ensures Client Managers are optimally supported through a structured buddy system, enabling improved client experience, scalability, and operational excellence. Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources Communicate effectively to the reporting manager and sales team on project progress, results and analysis that will lead to product solutions Cooperate with relevant team/clients to define new market trend, new product concepts to identify new opportunities/products/ingredients Maintain test reports, technical literature, equipment calibration, the raw materials database and project status files Develop and formulate new products by providing prototypes, formulations and procedures to support sales performance Design experiments to guarantee the capability and stability of products/samples Maintain a clean and safe working laboratory and operating practice and organizing files, computer generated reports and project-related documentation Monitor projects by coordinating with the sales team, including preparation of formulation guidelines, samples of finished products as per the customer expectations, etc. Analyze current product profile of key customers to suggest new recipes and techniques for product improvement for our key customers Support in providing technical training for the sales team to upgrade their technical capabilities and product knowledge Implement effective sampling procedures to make sure that samples are packed in hygienic conditions and distributed in a safe manner Assist the sales team to successfully demonstrate product applications to customers by undertaking trials at customer locations; and provide insight feedback and documentation support Support the sales team to resolve technical problems from customers on issues related to product compliance, new applications, innovation and introduction of new products, etc.

Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditure against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources. The key areas are to coordinate with internal and external parties to provide clerical support on: Inbound supply chain – from purchase ingredient/materials to payment. Related parties are client, custom clearance, sales, Account Payable and related Outbound supply chain – from order to collection. Related parties are Customer, sales, supply chain warehouse and logistic, Account Receivable Regulatory support – Contact with client, customer, sales, regulatory affair and related Inventory Management; to compose and provide an inventory status report to sales and management; and closely follow up with sales team to ensure well inventory management Update content/changes to organization’s administration and support services policies and procedures on a periodical basis Support activities related to administration and support services delivered to business operations in accordance to agreed service level standards Assist superior in implementing continuous improvement activities on administration and support services delivered to operations Collate, document and prepare reports on budget, cost control administration and support services delivered Support superior in executing tracking tools and generating periodical reporting on effectiveness of administration and support services offered Provide administration support on department initiatives and programs Record findings and prepare maintenance reports (e.g. office supplies, office equipment inventory details, tender documentation, etc.) Escalate complaints and requests raised by employees/departments to superior

Coordinate and support the implementation of employee/ industrial relations projects as assigned Manage record keeping, reporting and documentation required to meet corporate or regulatory requirements, including monitoring initiatives Communicate DKSH employee/industrial relations policies and procedures through briefings, presentations, and training/workshops to enhance awareness and compliance.
