Inspect the quality of raw materials and finished products . Conduct quality control tests, including pH, appearance, color, odor, and viscosity . Monitor the production process and ensure batch-to-batch quality consistency . Inspect packaging, labeling, and filling quantity to ensure compliance with company standards. Record and maintain QC test results and batch production records . Report any non-conforming products to the Production Manager or Management for corrective action. Clean, maintain, and calibrate QC equipment to ensure accurate testing. Approve and release finished goods after passing all quality control inspections. Ensure compliance with chemical safety regulations , Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) , and the company's Quality Control procedures .
