Lead and manage the Sales Team to achieve the company’s sales targets Maintain good relationships with Distributors, Wholesalers, and Retailers Prepare and implement Daily / Weekly / Monthly sales plans Monitor and evaluate Sales Representatives’ route plans, store visits, and coverage Analyze market conditions, competitor activities, pricing, and promotions Plan and execute promotion programs Coordinate with Distribution and Warehouse teams to resolve stock availability, order flow, and delivery issues Submit sales performance reports to management on time Provide training, coaching, and motivation to the Sales Team
